First things first, install chocolatey.

do install

etc etc same for 3.3, 3.4
add to path C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\dmd.2.066\tools\dmd2\windows\bin
(the chocolatey package puts a dmd.bat that points to the dmd executable in the path but pyd can't seem to see it)
